Chantilli Merlot is a vibrant ruby-red hued dry red wine produced by Château Indage in India’s Sahyadri Valley. It offers intense aromas of cherry fruit backed by a warm alcohol structure. The tannins are soft and silky, becoming more expressive with hints of black pepper at the finish. This wine pairs well with rich Indian gravies, lamb, steaks, and cheese. It has an alcohol content of 14%.
