Fratelli Gran Cuvée Brut is a sparkling wine from Fratelli Vineyards in Maharashtra, India. Crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, this zero-dosage brut is aged for over 18 months in the bottle before disgorging. Made primarily from Chenin Blanc grapes, it exhibits typical bread-yeast notes on the nose, a delicate and creamy texture, persistent bubbles, and a touch of citrus on the palate, coupled with the minerality characteristic of Fratelli’s Chenin Blanc. The wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and pairs well with white fish dishes.
