Outback Jack Chardonnay is an Australian white wine produced by Berton Vineyards in the Riverina region. The 2024 vintage was crafted from grapes harvested during cool February nights, ensuring optimal freshness. Fermentation at cool temperatures with selected yeast strains enhanced its aromatics and mouthfeel. The wine was then aged on lees for six months to develop its creamy texture. This Chardonnay presents fragrant aromas of nashi pear, nectarine, and orange zest. On the palate, it is light yet creamy, featuring tropical flavors of peach, pineapple, and citrus, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
