The cellars and winery buildings surround an attractive 16th century country house and an imposing, stone pigeon tower, depicted on the bottle. Delicate salmon pink rosé made by the `saignée` method of bleeding the fermenting juice from the skins, to preserve the fruit flavours and aromas.
