El Jimador Reposado Tequila is crafted from 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented and double-distilled. It is aged for two months in American oak barrels, resulting in a golden hue. The tequila offers inviting aromas of vanilla, toasted wood, fruits, spices, and cooked agave. On the palate, it presents a rich combination of spice, fruit, wood, vanilla, and subtle toasted hazelnuts, leading to a soft, long-lasting finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), El Jimador Reposado has received numerous accolades, including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2012.
