Maya Pistola Phoenix Añejo is India’s first aged 100% agave spirit, crafted from wild Agave Americana grown in the Deccan Plateau. This additive-free spirit is double-distilled in pot stills, aged for 20 months in virgin American white oak casks, resulting in a deep gold hue. On the nose, it offers caramel and toasty aromas with lingering smoke. The palate features flavors of candied nuts, prunes, vanilla bean, and complementary smoke, leading to a long, oaky, and spicy finish. This special release is limited to 1,800 bottles, priced at ₹7,895 for a 700ml bottle.
