Maya Pistola Rosa Select is a limited-release, 100% additive-free agave spirit crafted from Wild Agave Americana grown in India’s Deccan plateau. Aged in ex-KRSMA Cabernet Sauvignon casks, it presents a pale tawny hue with aromas of dark berries, floral notes, and subtle sweet smoke. On the palate, it offers fresh and fruity flavors, including mixed fruit jam and sweet spices, leading to a medium-long finish. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, this spirit is best enjoyed chilled, on ice with soda or tonic.
