Description Bertani Amarone Region : Valpolicella Classico, Veneto, Italy Grape : Corvina Veronese 80%, Rondinella 20% Intense red color with hints of garnet. On the nose, typical notes of plum, cherry and Morello cherry followed by tea leaves, licorice and spices. On the palate, silky, rich and textured with notes of red berry fruit sweetened by soft notes of spices, nuts, tobacco and dried flowers in perfect balance with acidity. This Amarone Classico is the result of 3022 days of working and waiting, comprised of 20 days of harvesting, 103 days of rest in the drying room, 50 days of fermentation, 2,544 days of barrel aging in Slavonian Oak and 305 days of resting in bottle. 75cl 15% abv Vegetarian / Vegan Bertani
