Description Region : Fleurie, Beaujolais, Burgundy, France Grape : Gamay From a top village in Beaujolais with grapes sourced exclusively from La Madone vineyard which is situated at the top of the southwestern slopes of hillside overlooking the village of Fleurie. Whole grapes are fermented to arrest the release of tannin and aged in very large oak foudres to not impart flavour but to soften the wine. Full of red fruit notes of cranberry & raspberry with notes of forest fruits entwined. Well balanced, light and juicy 75cl 13% abv Vegetarian / Vegan
