Description La Pecherie Region : Pays Nantais, Loire, France Grape : Melon de Bourgogne A vibrant, unoaked, bone-dry muscadet from Jeremie Huchet who took over the family estate in 2001, changing it beyond recognition and being seen as the up and coming producer in the Muscadet region. The wine is aged on its lees for 6 months giving texture and body to complement the fresh, zesty fruit flavours. La Pecherie finishes with a long, saline finish, a true representation of the terrior. Jeremie Huchet is going from strength to strength and continuing to increase the size of his estate, which now covers 64 hectacres, of which a third are oganic.
