Description Paraiso Sur Viognier Grape: 85% Viognier, 11% Gewürztraminer, 2% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Vermentino Region : Limari, Chile The grapes are gently pressed in seperate parcels to retain the fruit character, the wine is then blended and 15% is aged in French oak barrels. The addition of Gewurztraminer helps to further promote the intense aromatics, which brings forward a fruity nose full of apricot, lychee and subtle floral notes. The palate is well-rounded and has a pleasant lingering finish. Paraiso Sur Viognier has been produced using both organic and sustainable farming methods to brilliantly show off the aromatic qualities of the variety.  Emiliana Organic Vineyards have a presence in Chile’s most prestigious wine valleys, from Limari to Bio Bio.
