April P. I have been using this product since I was in my early 30s, & now have been on it for about 10 years. It not only helps my hormones to stay level but also seems to boost my immune system. I am in my early 40s but plan to continue using it long-term because of the health benefits I’ve noticed. I had to put my 3 teen girls on it for awhile as they were struggling with heavy periods & fluctuating hormones. 2 of my girls no longer use it but it helped them through a tough time. My oldest daughter is still on it and I feel like it makes a big difference for her.
