Description Cialis for Men 10mg film-coated tablets are a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction. This is when a man cannot get, or keep, a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Cialis for men 10mg film-coated tablets have been shown to significantly improve the ability to obtain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Cialis for Men contain the active substance tadalafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Following sexual stimulation, Cialis tablets work by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax, allowing the flow of blood into your penis. The result of this is improved erectile function. Cialis will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction. What you need to know before taking Cialis for Men: Erectile dysfunction can affect men differently. Some cannot achieve an erection. Others may achieve an erection, but not firm enough for having sex, or they may lose the erection before or during sex. Cialis will only help you achieve an erection if you are sexually aroused. You and your partner should engage in foreplay just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for erectile dysfunction. Take one tablet, when needed, approximately 30 minutes before you expect to have sexual activity. Relax and be patient if Cialis does not work the first time. Always take Cialis exactly as described in the leaflet or advised by your pharmacist or GP. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. If you take more tablets than recommended, contact your pharmacist or doctor immediately. You can get an erection when sexually stimulated, in 30 minutes and for up to 36 hours after taking. Do not give to individuals under the age of 18. Cialis for Men with food, drink, and alcohol: Cialis for Men can be taken with or without food. Grapefruit juice may affect how well Cialis tablets will work and should be taken with caution. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Cialis or any of the other ingredients. Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. If you experience any side effects listed in the patient information leaflet, stop taking Cialis for Men and seek medical help immediately. Cialis for Men can cause dizziness and affect vision. You should be aware of how you react to Cialis before you drive or use machinery. Do not drive or use machines if you suffer from these side effects after taking this medicine. Always read the enclosed information leaflet. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Each tablet contains 10 mg of tadalafil. The other ingredients are: Tablet core: lactose monohydrate (see end of section 2), croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate.
