Description Huxham A naturally sparkling, keeved, medium fine cider. Honey on the nose, stewed apple pudding and light tongue puckering tannins on the palate and a caramelised apple finish. Primarily made using apples from Huxham, the orchard directly adjacent to the cidery, with varieties including Cornish Longstems & Devonshire Buckland, among other local heritage varieties. A lovely companion to smoked fish & Devonian blue cheeses.
